Disney’s new WDW Resort in Florida will celebrate its 100th birthday this weekend.
It’s an unprecedented milestone for the resort, which is located just across the border in Orlando, Florida.
In the years since its opening in 1966, the resort has expanded into six different countries.
The Disney World Resort has become one of the world, with more than 14 million guests visiting its parks, hotels, restaurants and attractions each year.
The theme park opened in 1960 as a temporary, limited-attraction park, and it has expanded from a Disney-owned amusement park to a major destination.
The resort is one of four theme parks in the world to have a 100-year history.
Disney said the theme park will be open for a celebration this weekend at its Magic Kingdom theme park, but it’s not clear when.
It will open to the public on Sunday, Nov. 11, at 7 p.m.
It was the first-ever day of celebration for the park, which closed in 2015.
